I can't believe the amount of trash, mainly tiny bits of styrofoam ALL OVER, that are on the beach because of the storms we've had. It takes 500-1000 years for both plastic and styrofoam to decompose. If they end up in the ocean the fish will eat them, in turn we will eat the fish. It is a nasty cycle that we need to stop. Please come down and help me stop this cycle!! Invite your friends and have them invite their friends... Let's protect our ocean and the living things that call it their home!!
When: Saturday at 8:30 am -11:30 (Come down whenever, you don't have to get there right at 8:30)
Where: Meet in front of the lifeguard tower to get gloves and bag. Feel free to bring your own if you'd like.
